Money Making Mommy at MTurk

As my daughter was getting ready to start kindergarden, I knew I would have to find a job while she was in school. The problem is that it is very difficult to find a job that will coincide with my daughter's school hours.
I am a young single mom that does not live close to family members, so free babysitters are not an option. I started looking online for jobs. Being new to working at home, I tried the first thing I found - doing surveys and completing offers. For me, those were a waste of time. Most of them only pay a few cents and by the time I made a dollar or two, I was mentally wiped-out from looking at the computer, filling in the questionnaire, going back and forth from the offer to email, confirming my address etc.
Finally, I came across MTurk. Many people complain that it doesn't pay much, but I gave it a shot. I soon came to the conclusion that to make money, you have to look for the higher paying ones.
I search for the $1 and up hits. Occasionally nothing comes up when I screen for those, so I will take 50 cent ones. I haven't put every waking moment on this website, just a couple hours a few days a week. I made $70 my first week. (Keep in mind, I was still new to this and still trying to figure out how to work it and what to look for.)
I love MTurk. It gives me extra money that I can use for gas or taking my daughter out for a day of fun.
I am so happy that I found this website. I would recommend it for anyone that needs a part-time job or quick money to pay a bill.
